Essential Functions of the *Prepares and distributes monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.Develops annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.Prepares auditing schedules and implements needed changes.Supervises and develops/mentors accounting staff.Supervises the monthly financial closing process by entering journal entries, reconciling various general ledger accounts, and providing account analysisContributes to the decision-making process at all levels of the company.Maintains a strong internal control environment with an emphasis on standardizing business transactions and separation of duties.Experience Preferred- **** Bachelors degree in accounting is required, CPA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a distribution environment.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software and have advanced MS Excel skills.
