The position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career growth.As a key member of the team, the Tax Manager position will be a hands-on role and will include managing and maintaining tax engagements, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing tax planning and advisory services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, planning and research, with excellent management and client relationship skills. This position will include coaching and reviewing other team members work.Skills and RequirementA minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in public accounting. Business Management Services company experience a plusBachelor's Degree in AccountingCPA requiredSkills and knowledge in GAAP principles, standards and tax technical skillsExtensive experience preparing and reviewing multi-state individual, corporate, partnership, and estate/trust tax return with various complexitiesExperience with High-Net-Worth clients required.
