Position Title: EMT-BasicPosition Location: Brookfield, ILOverview:We are a niche, privately-owned, Critical Care Transport (CCT) ambulance company that has been providing CCT services to the immediate and greater Chicagoland area since 2000. Our teams respond to a wide range of transport calls including pediatric acute illness, preterm labor/high-risk OB, acute trauma and burns, and cardiac emergencies requiring intra-aortic balloon pump therapy or LVAD evaluation and management. We prioritize patients who require acute hospital-to-hospital transport services for a higher level of definitive care. ACT has no dialysis center or convalescent care obligations. Our crews work a rotating 24-on-72-off schedule and enjoy a full kitchen, day room, and bunk room at our station in Brookfield.
