We are looking for a Coatings Manager to manage the Revenue Growth, safety, quality, productivity and cost of all Coatings work performed by our local branch(es).ResponsibilitiesRecruit & Manage Coatings Supervisors in each branchAssist Coatings Supervisors with recruitment of Coatings workersDetermine optimal amount of Coatings Tools, Equipment & Inventory at each BranchAssist with Sourcing of critical Coatings Tools, Equipment & InventoryArrange and maintain all relevant Coatings certifications, ie: QP1, QP2Review and approve all Coatings related purchases greater than $1KReview and approve all Coatings proposals greater than $10KAssist with development of complex or high value (>$50K) Coatings proposalsConduct market analysis to determine Sales volume targets for each Coatings PMDevelop and implement strategies for growing business with Area wide target customersAssist with development of target customers and Sales pipeline for each Coatings PMDevelop Coatings Sales operating rhythm, ie: weekly calls with Coatings PM's, monthly calls including Industrial Sales RepsQualificationsExperience working in a coatings operation, including selling, estimating, bidding and project management for all sizes of industrial projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPresents a professional imageTeam leader - Able to lead & motivate a team of painters/blasters; willing to do what it takes to make the team successful; works well with othersBrandSafway, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age, disability, special disabled or Vietnam or other era veteran status.Notice to all potential job candidates:Please be advised that BrandSafway will never require or ask for any fee from you in exchange for being considered, hired, promoted, transferred or having ongoing employment with us.
