Learn more at SummaryThis role offers a unique, global opportunity to enable a data program where internal and external stakeholders are informed and supported in the delivery, validation and use of media data that Rufus Data, Tech and Tools enables through our data pipeline. The Sr Manager, Data Delivery & Validation provides education and support to stakeholders and ensures that data deliverables and dashboards are validated such that there is consistent reporting across visualizations and reports as well as between those reports and the platforms used to power the data pipeline. The Sr Manager aligns closely with particular lines of business to ensure needs are met, coordinating with other team members and with other functional teams, such as Product, QA, and Data Governance. The goal is to ensure internal and external stakeholder needs are communicated and facilitated. Responsibilities*Create documentation for use by internal teams to ensure efficient and effective usage of data tools*Review and analyze data to ensure quality and validity*Coordinate for resolution of any quality or validation issues*Ensure deliverables meet end user requirements*Coordinate for delivery of end user requested updates to data deliverables*Own communication with specified end users, attending meetings and contributing input to support *Inform new automations for quality and validation checks*Ensure timelines are met and manage end user expectations Required Skills & Experience*5+ years working in Data Quality, Data Analysis or Data Delivery role*3+ years media agency experience and knowledge of media workflows, such as planning, buying, trafficking or billing and the data generated through these workflows and their systems; or alternatively, experience in media agenda data performing analytics, measurements, MMM, or business intelligence visualizations*3+ years hands-on analytics-based experience using SQL to investigate, troubleshoot, and uncover root causes of data gaps and issues*Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders to define and document data deliverable requests for product teams Desired Skills & Experience* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, e.g. economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance or related field of study* Must be highly flexible and comfortable working on a nimble team in a dynamic environment* Experience with any data visualization platform such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker a plus* Experience working on multiple concurrent projects and in a cross-functional environment We See You At IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
