We are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for contributing to digital transformation solutions, analyzing intelligence derived from connected systems, and maintaining data integrity. They will work closely with technology team members and subject matter experts to make recommendations, execute development, test solutions, and document processes to deliver a robust Microsoft Power Platform solution. The company is in a heavy growth mode, which will require this role to be able to work with new teams to migrate data from various similar and disparate systems into our tech stack.Role and Responsibilities:MS Power Platform knowledge:Has experience with data imports (collecting, organizing and importing)Experience setting up permissions and sharing settings within the platformExperience with building out Dataverse structures, Power Apps and Power Bi ReportsAnalyze business problems and partner with Technology team to design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet business needsHands on experience building out custom solutions and leveraging the full functionality of the Power PlatformDocumentation Requirements:Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them directly into technical solutions using the Power PlatformSupport user acceptance testingCreate and maintain thorough documentation for existing solutions and processesPartner with Training department to update training materials and enhance training programData Migration:Manage the migration of data from the acquired company's systems to the acquiring company's infrastructureEnsure data integrity and security during the transitionIdentify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT integrationImplement contingency plans to address unforeseen challengesRequirements:3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experienceExperience in building custom Power Apps using a variety of data sources (Dataverse, Sharepoint, Excel)Advanced process automation knowledge and building out flows utilizing Power AutomateStrong understanding of best practices and functionality with in the platformAbility to combine Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi ReportsA demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirementsExperience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirementsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end usersProven ability to successfully drive projects to completionExpert level proficiency with MS applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, and AccessDetail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologiesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in a team environmentExcellent ability to multi-task with great attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of building out Power Bi reportsPreferred Qualifications:Strong Salesforce knowledge preferredExperience building reports and dashboards in SalesforceFamiliarity with DocuSign, Emoney, and Laserapp a plus
