This role provides excellent customer service, responsible for processing client payments and providing bottle service staff with the correct products and appropriate tools for the successful execution of each event.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReports to the Table Service Manager and Senior F&B ManagerOversees all hospitality elements during ROS, ensuring table service standards are being met and any client needsspecial requests are appropriately addressedProvides excellent customer service during the event, cultivating client relationships and making introductions between clients and service staffAssists bottle servers with table setupmaintenance and serving guests, as neededEnsures table service staff takes appropriate breaksAssists table service managers with scheduling needsContributes to ideas for improving table service, process, and proceduresProcesses client payments, ensuring accurate cash handling and credit card policies are followedProvides end of event reporting and submits gratuity related information to F&B managementEnsures table service is operating in compliance with DOH, OSHA, and SLA standardsWorks with the Table Service Manager on menu maintenance Responsible for entering table service COGS into BillfoldCoordinates with bar supervisor regarding bar product inventory and supplies for table serviceCommunicates any table service issues, repairs, and product needs to the Table Service ManagerPreferred QualificationsAbility to communicate in English with guests and co-workersConsistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygieneMaintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona at all timesRequires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktailsWilling to work in loud and fast-paced environmentsThe ability to work within a team environmentExperience in bottle service preferred, but not requiredCompensation The hourly rate for this position is $30
