This role will require you to have a hands-on approach while supporting our Head of Product Development and design team with approvals, sample tracking, follow up with vendors, maintenance, and organization of all electronic and physical records. Our ideal candidate must be highly proficient in using adobe illustrator, photoshop, and excel. This role will also require you to have a strong organization skill - while also having a strong eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating Tech Packs for SocksEvaluate tech packs created by our overseas team to ensure comments are thorough, accurate, and completeReceiving development and PP samples and reviewing them with the Sales TeamReviewing development and PP samples with our factories and communicating with them any changes that needs to be madeSubmitting PP and development samples to licensor for final approvalMaintain daily communication with internal and external teams to ensure production is on scheduleCritical thinking and strategic analysisplanning with a holistic approach.Experience and SkillsDegree in design, or a related field that demonstrates your dedication to the industry2-3 years of Internship experience strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsImpeccable time management skills with great sense of urgencyHighly organized and detail oriented with great appreciation for accuracyBasic understanding of product creation processAbility to proactively trouble shoot, and problem solve in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
