Essel is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Building Inspector to join our team. As an Electrical Building Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations on construction projects. You will conduct inspections, review electrical plans, and provide guidance to contractors and builders.Responsibilities:Perform electrical inspections on new construction, remodels, and additionsReview electrical plans, specifications, and calculations for complianceEnforce electrical codes and regulationsIdentify and document any electrical code violations or deficienciesProvide guidance and clarification to contractors and builders on electrical requirementsPrepare inspection reports and maintain accurate recordsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Building InspectorKnowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulationsStrong understanding of electrical systems and construction methodsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret electrical plans and specificationsAttention to detail and ability to identify code violations or deficienciesValid driver's license and reliable transportationProfessional certifications or licenses preferredBenefitsIndustry Standard Benefits
