Coronet continues to grow and exceed expectations in producing high-end architectural luminaires quickly and efficiently. We are currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager to work closely with our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, project scope, execution and completion of a project while managing the team, timelines and resources.Duties and Responsibilities:Work directly with Engineering team to ensure execution of projects while meeting, performance, quality and scheduling goals• Create and execute strategic goals, such as roadmaps to drive efficacy• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Report and escalate issues or major roadblocks to Leadership as needed• Create monitor KPIs for product success• Manage the product lifecycle and become the on-site expert for all inquiries• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities for improvement, including competitive and customer analysis, researching technological developments, and identifying trends and opportunities in the industry• Utilize software to keep track of tasks and schedule• Ensure teams are collaborating well, and staying motivated and on scheduleSkills and Knowledge5+ years of experience in Project ManagementProven ability to understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings and associated documentsExceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversightAbility to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutionsExceptional communication skills and social awarenessResults-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting roleA consulting background, lighting industry background, LC credential, PMP or other relevant industry certifications or registrations is a plusBilingual in Spanish is a plusAbout usCoronet continues to grow and exceed expectations in producing high-end architectural luminaires quickly and efficiently.
