Senior Treasury Analyst - Semi-RemotePosition Summary We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support a rapidly growing Manhattan based real estate investment firm. The role will facilitate all treasury services and daily operations. The individual must have a strong treasury operations background. The primary objective of this position is to ensure efficient, timely and accurate handling of cash accounts and related requests. Responsibilities:Process wire transfers authorized in line with established policies and procedures.Perform daily review of bank account balances, and identify cash funding required, or excess cash available for short-term investment.Update weekly cash report for senior management team.Analyze cash flow trends, budgets, and variances to facilitate better forecast of cash flow requirements, and project any potential shortfalls.Perform bank administration duties including the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts, as well as updating bank signatories when municate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of time sensitive cash issues.Work with ITIS to continually automate and improve the cash management and banking processes.Assist internal and external auditors on year-end audits.Perform other duties and special projects as needed. Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree; degree in accounting or a related field preferred3+ years of relevant treasury experience.Real estate or financial services industry experience preferred.Experience with banking systems andor treasury workstation to operate daily cash management.Demonstrated ability to independently produce consistent and accurate workStrong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Team player who works well with others.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Strong attention to detail and customer service pensation: $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus, 401k match and comprehensive health benefits.
