Job Duties and Responsibilities Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated areaPrepare the subfloor by removing existing flooring, leveling, and cleaning - Install flooring materials such as carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tileApply adhesives, nails, or staples to secure flooring materialsEnsure proper alignment and tight seams between flooring piecesTrim excess material and finish edges using appropriate toolsInspect completed work for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments or repairs "‹ Position Requirements - PreferredProven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar roleProficient in using tools and equipment related to flooring installationKnowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniquesFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices for flooring installationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyPhysical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasksExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
