JOB SUMMARYResponsible for business development from retail clients and mortgage brokers. The MLOWholesale Account Executive will be responsible for the residential loan production for the state of Arizona.DUTIESResponsible for business development from retail clients (bank branchesreal estate companies and other sources) and mortgage brokers (Wholesale Lending) to generate new mortgage loans.Respond to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from own contacts and from other business channels.Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advice customers of productpricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information.Provide complete loan applications to processing personnel.Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners.Coordinate and review loan documentation for loan closing.Assist manager in implementing business plan and marketing strategy to achieve the Bank's financial objectives and CRA goals.Cross sell other bank products and services.Provides leadership, training and support to less experienced staff members in the department.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: College degree preferred.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in originating mortgage loans with a track record of business development.SKILLSABILITIESExtensive knowledge of mortgage loan and government lending guidelinesstrong business development skillsPC proficient in Word and Excel and EncompassExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in Mandarin is required.$2,000 base salarymonth plus commissionWHY WORK FOR US?Since opening our first branch in Los Angeles in 2008, Royal Business Bank (RBB) has grown rapidly by adding branches in Southern California, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and Hawaii.
