About the role:Total Product Events, a subsidiary of Kretek International, is the owner of Total Product Expo (TPE), the first big B2B buying show of the year that brings together thousands of independent retailers, local distributors, brands, and manufacturers. TPE is looking for a Digital Marketer Analyst I to join our team with a focus on supporting the digital marketing needs of our annual trade show. This individual will be responsible for working with the TPE sales team and leadership to implement an effective digital marketing program that enhances the experience for our attendees. The TPE team is a united, fast-paced team that is located in Moorpark, CA. About the role:We are looking for an ambitious individual who is a self-starter, a team player and is hungry to prove their potential. Key Responsibilities:Produce digital content & assets for our website, social media, email that adhere to our brand style guide.Proactively provide new ideas and solutions in ways to enhance marketing campaign experiences.· Lead email efforts, including link tracking, subject line creation, HTML coding, quality assurance testing, list managementsegmentation, and scheduling.· Contributing to the content calendar with social media postings on a weekly and monthly basis· Hands-on experience with website content management systems & email marketing platforms and best practices.· Continuously ideate, execute, and measure results on AB testing to optimize for email engagementconversions.· Stay on top of the most modern email standards: mobile responsiveness, deep links, personalization, etc.· Automate emails and create new trigger flows where applicable.· Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.· List creation for segmented marketing and updating CRM with new leads.Support sales team with proper email templates to inform exhibitors with important information.· Initiate content updates and implement them into existing website to ensure accuracy.Monitor and effectively leverage social media tools, trends, and applications. Job Requirements:Minimum of 3 years working in a Digital Marketing Analyst environment. Work within brand guidelines to create cohesive assets that reinforce our brand style and anized, project manager, with the ability to independently problem solve.· Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.Experience with business social media content creation (blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).· Strongly proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.· Extensive experience with HTML.· Comprehensive experience with Google Analytics, Seamless AI and other marketing technologies.· Energetic, upbeat, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Google Analytics Certified and an understanding of Search Engine Optimization.· BABS degree in Marketing or related coursework (commensurate experience will be considered). Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods. The ability to lift 25lb regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs. Safety: The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
