This office is part of our East Coast division, also including New Jersey & DC.You:have a background in, and passion for educationvalue relationships above all elseput the team first and celebrate success togetherpossess a growth mindsetare driven and hungry to be the best you can beWe:make all decisions based on our mission and BE GREAT valueshave a 'one team' mentalityrevel in the success of our co-workers and partnersprioritize training & development of our teamwork hard and have fun doing itWhen does the role start?June 2024The role:The core mission of an Education Recruitment Consultant involves managing the educator hiring process, developing strong relationships with both educators and school partners, having a knack for matching educators with classrooms, and providing service that always exceeds expectations.The Education Recruitment Consultant must have strong comfort and adaptability in using technology, an understanding of the education sector, and phenomenal people skills to aid in building an incredible group of educators and school partners.You'll work on:Educator recruitment: Assess and vet candidates through online searches, referencebackground checks, and interviews according to requirements and strict standards of qualityEducator management: Foster professional relationships with educators to support achievement of their career objectivesVacancy management: Help solve school's most significant and urgent problems - getting qualified, stellar educators into classroom vacanciesRelationship management: Provide personalized service and develop meaningful relationships with key team members at partner schoolsNew business: Develop new business for Scoot by building authentic school relationshipsYou should have:2+ years experience in education, recruitment, sales or customer serviceEducation market knowledge and experienceExceptional IT and administrative skillsOutstanding communication skillsRidiculous attention to detailDemonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomesGrowth mindset, grit and the drive to succeedYou'll stand out if:You have experience in the classroom (or if you come from a family of teachers!)Have used applicant tracking systems (ATS) previouslyCan demonstrate a strong comfort level using technologyA successful history in recruitment or salesApplication requirements:Up-to-date resumeTwo recent and supervisory referencesPersonalized cover letter that addresses the question ' What does it mean to you to BE GREAT in the workplace?'About us:We bring new perspectives and tech-driven, human-enabled solutions.
