Our client, a 500+ attorney defense firm, has immediate need for an Employment Litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience. Mostly remote but will handle in-person events. Billable hours target of 1850 (hours are negotiable depending on the candidate). No business development expectations and no requirement to source their own work. Looking for an employment litigation attorney with experience handling administrative chargesdemand letters, and single plaintiff litigation. Mostly handling partner level work such as case strategy, depositions, hearings, conferences, trials, review of work product. This is a permanent W-2 positions with benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401K) and bonus potential. Pay $200,000. Must be a member of the CT bar.
