Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their Bridgewater, NJ office.This is a partnership track position.Candidates should have 1+ years Worker's Compensation experience.Candidates should be admitted to practice in NJ or NY.This firm primarily handles civil defense litigation, but also takes on some plaintiff side matters. Candidates who bring in plaintiff side matters receive 13 of any settlementverdict fee due to the firm.This firm also invites Associates to develop defense side business as well. Attorneys receive 15% origination credit for every defense side hour billed.This is a unique opportunity as a junior or mid level Associate to start developing a book of petitive base salary $100,000 to $125,000, bonus and benefits.Resumes may be sent to for review.
