About the Company:Transact is Omnicom's ecommerce specialty agency focused on connected commerce consulting and eRetail services. Transact coordinates and oversees delivery of connected commerce solutions that typically involve specialized contributions from several Omnicom agencies and is the guiding center of excellence for retail media practice. Transact also delivers highly tuned services that drive sales and share gains for brands on eRetail platforms like Amazon, , Instacart, , and more. Transact guides development of Omni Commerce, our bespoke set of software tools and data sources that powers ecommerce delivery for our clients.Job Details:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading all retail media advertising activities for clients including but not limited to planning, strategy, hands on keys activation, reporting, and billing for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, Citrus and others. Drive connected commerce thought leadership and retail media strategy for key accounts. Building, leading, and developing a best-in-class retail media team comprised of paid search and programmatic media managers and associate media managers. Coordinate across various internal and client teams to ensure strategies, solutions, and measurement are always connected (retail media, shopper marketing, operations, content, analytics, etc.).Help manage staffing needs including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, career development, and utilization.Foster a positive team dynamic built on curiosity, trust, and ownership.Develop and contribute to internal and technology partner product roadmaps.Remain at the forefront of the retail media industry, helping to identify new opportunities and actively contributing to our body of knowledge and expertise across the company.· Develop retail media playbooks, best practices, pitch materials, SOPs, POVs, etc.Guide the development of retailer paid search and programmatic retail media services and drive growth of this practice, partnering with business development and account teams to pitch and win new business.Minimum qualifications and skills required:6+ years of retail paid search and programmatic media experience across one or more eRetail platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Criteo, CitrusAds, and others).At least 2-3 years of team leadership and training experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrable expertise across all aspects of retailer paid search and programmatic retail media with the ability to communicate media goals, challenges, and performance in broader business context. Skilled at driving enterprise level retail media strategies to achieve and exceed a wide range of specified performance goals such as advertising efficiency, profitability, growth, new product launches, and more. Experience with at least one or more tech providers such as Pacvue, Skai, Helium10, MerchantWords, Jungle Scout, Analytic Index, etc. Proven track record of flawless execution, driving growth, client retention, and exceeding various stakeholder expectations.Deep understanding of retail readiness as well as additional paid and organic drivers of success (operations, promotions, content, off-platform media, etc.)Able to work in an agile environment. Able and comfortable dealing with ambiguity to make decisions and take action for the betterment of our clients.Team player.
