We are seeking a Supervisor for our Outpatient Pharmacy. It's a great role for a talented leader.It is a high volume, fast paced, highly efficient facility.It is highly visible role at a level 2 trauma center.The St Luke's site provides training for students and pharmacy fellows.Monday -Fri with occasional weekendsRELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLEHere are the highlights of what you will do:Oversee and monitor limited insurance and third party billing functions, and clerical support functions including cashiering, stocking and inventory, bank deposits, reports, general housekeeping and appearance of the pharmacy, and merchandise displays.Identify, develop, and conduct appropriate training and education to ensure staff meet and maintain skills and competencies including clinical performance, safety, and all other regulatory requirements.Ensure utilization of all resources including staffing, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and timely service to patients.Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for all pharmacy operations. Enforces system and departmental policies (ex. clinical, safety, compliance, HR) and procedures for terpret and dispense drugs in accordance with physician orders.Prepare and distribute drugs in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code relating to the practice of pharmacy.Develop continued growth and profitability.Assist in developing, monitoring, and operating within capital and operating budgets for area of responsibility.Ensure pharmacy operations meet all local, state and federal compliance and standards of practice.WHAT YOU NEED:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy3 yrs leadership experience2 yrs in clinical settingLicensed pharmacist
