We are based in-person in LA and Miami.At Passes, we believe that creators are entrepreneurs. Today's creator economy allows anyone with an internet connection to share their talents with a niche audience and make a living doing so. In just a year, we've paid out tens of millions of dollars and helped creators buy houses, pay off loans, and quit their jobs. We're building several tools to help creators engage and grow their communities and businesses.*Note: this role may involve occasional travel to meet with creators in person (if applicable). ResponsibilitiesIdentify: Strategically identify creators who would do well on Passes.Outreach: Conduct outreach on all channels with creators to recruit and accelerate their growth. Partnerships: Structure channel partnerships with talent agencies, platforms, etc. Direct outreach: connect with creators to help them accelerate their growth, address existing challenges, and get acclimated with the Passes platform and team.Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with creators, serving as their main point of contact + understand the unique goals and needs of each creator to tailor support munity building: work with creators to foster a sense of community and engagement among their subscribers. + provide insights on best practices for community management.Creator Onboarding and Training: guide new creators through the onboarding process and platform setup + provide training and resources to help creators maximize their content's impact and monetization potential.Revenue Growth: assist creators in leveraging our monetization tools effectively, such as subscription models, core features, and tips + help creators develop strategies to increase their subscriber base and earnings.Content Optimization: collaborate with creators to optimize their content strategy, including content creation, distribution, and engagement tactics + analyze data and performance metrics to offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.Process improvement: establish and fine-tune existing processes for creator managementengagementIssue Resolution: address and resolve any concerns, complaints, or technical issues raised by creators promptly + coordinate with relevant internal teams to find solutions.Market Insights: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the social subscription space + share insights and recommendations to help creators stay ahead of the curve.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital content or social media industry (3+ years required).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content creation, and subscription models.Knowledge of data analytics and content performance metrics is a plus.
