This Senior Director of Marketing opportunity presents a unique opportunity to transform the marketing strategy for a market leading Electro Mechanical Medical Device portfolio. Currently very upstream orientated, we are seeking a marketing leader that will bring a proactive commercial edge to strategy.Leading a $600m portfolio with 10+ team members, you will set direction and bring a more data driven approach. Optimizing performance by leveraging tools and tactics that results in a stronger collaboration with the global sales team.A rate opportunity to increase the sophistication of how the company approaches marketing, in a company with an incredible reputation for empowering it's leaders and developing industry leading products. Ideal Credentials for the roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the medical device industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing electromechanical medical devicesPrior history developing and executing commercially driven marketing strategies that optimize data to measure progress and improve performance.Growth mindsetStrong leadership skills with a track record for nurturing talent. Experience in sales or sales operations positions is desirable but not essential.
