We are looking for a New Vehicle Engineering Specialist in the General Assembly for our clients new Product Launch! This position will be based in Montgomery Alabama. Position Summary:Technical Specialist for assembly areas in the General Assembly Department of an automotive manufacturing environment. Job requirements include preparation of process documents, equipment installmodification before new vehicle launch, monitoring and analyzing current production process and making improvement in 4M during non-launching time period.Essential Functions:Serve as technical expert of assigned area during vehicle launchesCoordinate and lead project activities, including new equipment installation, supplier selection, and implementation phasesNeed to prepare spec package after reviewing requirement (Quality, Safety, UPH, Layout, Ergonomics etc.)Communicate with Advanced Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering Team in Korea and other relevant teams in R&D from KoreaUSA for successful launch.Host video conference in new vehicle design improvement and status follow up meetingResponsible for preparation of the Assembly Process Sheets considering method and line condition with detailed picture and textWork content to be explained through a picture drawn in the workers' position according to work content, work order and work status.Responsible to record the tightening torque from the install drawing after checking the bolt and nut quality from the standard part size.
