Job Description

Bridge is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships and building on client business success to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working in or catering to the AdMarTech industries, have an understanding of Digital Media, Data, Programmatic Media and be in a sales andor business development role.Major responsibilities:Driving revenue growth with existing partners and new businessDriving partnership performance, engaging with key partners and building the brand among exchange industry leadersManaging pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibilityWorking with product, marketing, client success and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging and positioningMaintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross- functional teams, and business partnersWorking with the rest of the team on building the different use cases on top of the existing onesDesired Skills, Education and Experience:3+ years of BD professional experience, working in or catering to the MarTech industry in a data sales andor business development roleUnderstanding of data marketing ecosystem, specifically DMP, DSP and programmatic buying processesSolid understanding of mobile advertising, optimization strategies with an aptitude for emerging technology with major players in the digital advertising landscapeUnderstand the marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing and audience targetingStrong sales skills; demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and closing net new businessExcellent organizational skills, including attention to precise detailsStrong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
