Identifies network problems and oversees resolution of issues. At higher levels, determines the strategic direction of the network system. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.KNOWLEDGE: A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
