A BioTech Company is looking to add a new Senior Business Analyst with Financial Systems experience to their team. In this role, the ERP Financial Systems Business Analyst (Remote) will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for internal customers and end users on key systems and take an active role in working on or leading Business Systems projects.**Fully Remote Opportunity**Responsibilities:The ERP Financial Systems Business Analyst will:Provide User Management (onboardingoffboarding), gathering new requirements, troubleshooting and Training end users for the Concur Expense Management system, Coupa Business Spend management system, and Dynamics-GP and NetSuite ERP systems (migrating from GP to NetSuite)Be the Primary Support asset and System Administrator for the above-mentioned applicationsAssist Application Owners in project-based work such as gathering any business requirements, including prototyping solutions, testing, UAT and TrainingPrioritize, schedule meetings, and complete IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner, including documenting all the stepsresolution in the corresponding requestticketFollow established policies, procedures to support the applicationsDevelop application specific procedures, materials, and support guidesProvide exceptional customer service and tech support to on-site and field incoming IT requests via ITSM ticketing systemPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:2+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, particularly with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related roleFamiliarity with financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payablereceivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in ERP systems and related technologiesStrong understanding of database management systems and SQL for data analysis and reportingKnowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript may be beneficial for customization or integration tasksSolid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAPIFRS), and financial regulationsKnowledge of business processes in finance and accounting, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, etc.Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and designing system workflowsBasic understanding of project management methodologiesComputer savvySolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Finance andor Accounting environment
