What's in it for you:The ability to make a difference in your community!Excellent salary at $150,000yearlyDirect Hire position - you'll be hired on directly with our clientBenefit package available once hired on with clientMedical, Dental, VisionLife InsuranceWhat your day will look like:Overseeing multiple departments including direct marketing and the coordination of special eventsCollaborating with various divisions related to fundraising initiatives (magazines, mission formation, etc)Coordinating short-term and long-term fundraising objectives for the organizationOverseeing strategy development, content creation and evaluation of fundraising initiativesContinued engagement of current donors and targeting new donorsEvaluating all external vendors to assess quality and cost effectivenessLeading the RFP process to identify alternative vendors if neededDaily oversight of senior level managersSupporting additional divisions as neededWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree in related field10+ years in a senior level, non-profit fundraising leadership roles.Previous knowledge of multi-faceted marketing and communication strategiesDeep understanding of delivering new revenue sources through the implementation of integrated programsExperienced in developing fundraising strategies and tacticsKnowledge of Catholic fundraising and culture preferredPrevious experience with computerized donor management systems including PortfolioDonor Perfect and Engaging Network10%+ travel required.Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Sound like a match?
