They will be responsible for optimizing and managing the online presence of Heaven's Family, improving the design and copy of our publications, and ensuring functions optimally. Candidates must possess exceptional writing and digital design skills - and be able to provide examples of their previous work. They must have general knowledge of website development and social media management to qualify for this opportunity. We seek a solutions-oriented, motivated professional. They must have strong time management skills, excel at independent and collaborative work, and be committed to excellence in all they do. This opportunity consists of up to two workdays in Punxsutawney, PA each week and remote work for the rest. Candidates must be open to international travel up to twice annually. Key Responsibilities:The following is a summary of the key responsibilities for this position and not an exhaustive list.Collaborate with the Advancement Team to meet publication timelines, achieve marketing and fundraising goals, and execute communication strategies.Write creative and compelling content for our website, emails, social media, newsletters and other publications. Professionally edit and proofread the articles, reports, and communications of other staff members prior to publication.Lead the development of print (newsletters and appeals), digital (webpages and social media), and video (YouTube) design production for ministry publications.Enhance and maintain Heaven's Family's social media presence by monitoring analytics, WebHost Manager, and content management systems.Enhance and maintain by creating landing pages, banners, and other content.Travel internationally up to two times annually to gather content and also train ministry partners to produce exceptional reports and photos.
