Director, Family Office ServicesPhiladelphia, PA ISC's team of Financial Services Recruiters has been retained by a prominent and growing global investment firm. The firm acts as a Family Office to UHNW clients including individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments.Due to growth, the firm is looking for a Director, Family Offices Services to join the Philly area office. The Family Office Services team provides a unique and high touch service offering to select Ultra-High Net Worth individuals and families looking for personalized Family Office support. This role will be highly visible within the Firm with opportunities to collaborate with other departments and interface with premier clients.Responsibilities:Provide strategic oversight for extended services for select portfolio of clients.Serve as a key contributor in partnership with Client accounting firms in the creation of annual budget and reporting.Review all new trusts and perform annual trust audits to ensure regulatory requirements are met in addition to maintaining and updating all estate planning documents.Manage and administer philanthropic giving for client.Oversee management of all properties domestic and abroad with regard to communication and property manager coordination including new construction ventures.Provide strategic review of all money movements such as bill pay, payroll, and distributions for UHNW clients.Monitor and audit internal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with required regulations.Serve as main point of contact for auditing agencies.Advocate for the Family Office Services team as the face of the department, interface with key Executive Leadership and Client Advisors on benefits of these services to provide occasional support in perspective client meetings.Manage and lead ad hoc projects as needed by clients.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.10 years' experience providing UHNW client support with a financial institution, law firm, or family office.CTFA or CPA preferred. JD welcomed, but not required.Experience with Partnerships and LLC's.
