Job Description

A large home healthcare company is looking to hire a EHR Trainer in the geographical area of Boston, MA to train clinical, office and corporate staff on a new Electronic Health Record (EHR)platform. Training schedule will be as followed:This person will travel (drive or fly) to different office locations across the US and teach a staff size from 5-20 people on how to properly use the EHR platform. In addition, EHR Trainer will conduct Q&A sessions post training sessions to ensure everyone understand how to correctly use the platform. Each trainer will participate in a robust training program and will have access to a support team to contact for any technical or functional issues that may arise. Trainers will have to use their own personal car for traveling and will be able to expense mileage and tolls for all business-related travel. Trainers will also be responsible for capturing insights and feedback from the training sessions to provide to the stakeholders to tailor the training materialsprocess as needed. In addition, everyone will be required to sign a code of ethics as well as HIPPA forms to be illegible to work on this project.Must haves:3+ years of experience training clinical or corporate staff on an applicationRecent experience training individuals on a clinical or non-clinical applicationOutgoing personalityExperience implementing feedback and training improvement where neededPluses:Experiencing training a team on an EMHEMR platformBackground or knowledge of healthcareCompensation:Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
