That's 26 long weekends a year!We are looking for a positive, inquisitive Sr. HR Generalist, who loves streamlining processes and problem solving. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and have experience in handling a wide range of human resources responsibilities in a multicultural environment. Someone who enjoys going home knowing they made a difference by supporting a company and its people with the mission to improve lives. Duties and Responsibilities Lead recruitment process including post job openings, screen resumes and applications, set up interviews, debrief with the interview team, write offers of employment, on-board new hires. Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers and employees Manage employee relation issues, HR compliance and immigration Enter and update data in human resources information system Develop and refresh Employee Handbook and other HR policies Administer employee benefits and leaves Conduct stay and exit interviews Create a positive work environment through planning and coordinating company activities such as lunch "˜n learns, wellness webinars and team building events. Collect employee feedback through surveys and focus groups, and develop action plans Support performance management planning, compensation planning and benchmarking, learning & development and createdeliver training as needed Participate in the implementation of new workflows, software, and systems Education, Skills, and Experience: BS degree and 8+ years of HR experience or equivalent. Master's degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) skills Well organized and excellent attention to detail Able to work independently Experience with HR metrics, report creation and trend analysis Experience with ADP preferred Experience with California employment laws and practices
