Number of positions:2Description:IT Support Systems Analyst: Provide day-to-day remote and on-site support. This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end-user system support.· Provide senior level workstation/laptop support .· Ability to provide remote support for a professional hybrid work environment.· Systematically resolve issues related to workstations and laptops.· Escalate and support level 3 engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user problems.· Provide exceptional customer service while being able to manage day-to-day IT operations, critical situations and communicate the urgency of all issues as appropriate.· Document issues/problems and solutions for both IT team members and end users· Be available as on-call support as needed.Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Qualifications:· 3-5 years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment· 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments· 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plus· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree.· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems.· Strong documentation and communication skills· Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft TeamsDesired:· Ability to interface with all levels of production and management Team .· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems.· Strong documentation and communication skillsTechnical Requirements:· Windows 11 and Office 365 Support· Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support· System build, deployment, and maintenance· Strong familiarity with desktop security productsFirm understanding of Active Directory AdministrationDeep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPadsFamiliarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint ManagementExperience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft IntuneExperience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access)Training and Certifications:· Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required.As per call with Hiring Manager - there are two roles.#1 would be more focused on the support end.#2 would be heavier on user experience & mobility.Client says he's looking for candidates that have a High Emotional Intelligence IQ
