With over 2000 consultants, we are headquartered in Indianapolis USA, with delivery centers in Canada, India, Argentina and Philippines.Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.Provide Architectural and Design consultative services to clients regarding their preparedness for enterprise Data platforms utilizing Microsoft, SAP, and the latest technologies. Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide insights, and develop tailored solutions. Recommend strategies to improve performance and capacity of the client's current and future Data Warehouse landscape.Drive the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project delivery.Oversee presales activities, including scoping projects, defining project plans, and estimating resources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.What you bring to be successfulBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience of 8-10 years in a senior role within data analytics, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and SAP.Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and tools, with proficiency in designing and optimizing data structures for analytical purposes.Proficiency in Azure Databricks, including experience with data processing, machine learning, and analytics workflows within the platform.Strong presales experience and demonstrated success in engaging with clients, building proposals, and driving business growth.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Exceptional comprehension skills to grasp client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.Certifications in Microsoft Azure, SAP, or other relevant technologies.Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics projects.Benefits of joining Gyansys Competitive salary & annual performance-based bonus Regular Lunch and Learns and internal training opportunities Sponsored SAP certifications 401K, Health care and Dental coverage for you and your family, phone reimbursement, etc. Hybrid workplace model and much, much more!
