Receive, prioritize and complete work order requests, answer support questions from end-users, and supporting the PBX, voice mail, ACD and associated systems and applications.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's degree and three years of related experience to the Telecommunications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent written and oral communications skills required. Must have a strong background and knowledge of telecommunications systems, including telephone systems, voicemail applications, and contact center applications. Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office applications.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with telecommunications systems, including unified communications, voicemail, contact center and call accounting applications.Work Days:Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pmApply online:
