We encourage RBT's to pick a schedule that works best for them based on the available clients.Visit learn more!JOB DESCRIPTION:We are currently hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians that are looking to further their careers and use their experience, training, and skills to make a difference in a child's life. RBT's will provide ABA Therapy to clients in their homes, schools and in the community with in person supervision from their BCBA's. Safety checks are conducted to ensure RBT's safety while working in homes.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and in community environmentsImplement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBAData collection and session note submissionCollaborate with peers and supervisorsParticipate regularly in staff meetings and trainingsOther duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:RBT Certification from BACBMust be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week M-FExperience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum DisorderEffective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communicationAbility to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per programAbility to Actively play with kids for 20 minutes at a timeAbility to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbsThe ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and familiesValid state identification cardReliable transportationMust pass a criminal background checkStep Ahead ABA provided the following inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
