Associate Customer Service Associate Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Onsite Wilmington, DE As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of our Compliance Mail team. This team supports our fast and reliable Registered Agent service, and team members use critical thinking and focus to analyze and extract pertinent information from legal documents to generate information for our clients quickly and accurately. On this team, you will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment with our corporation and law firm customers as well as state and county jurisdictional personnel. We receive legal documents in both physical and digital forms on behalf of our customers and in this role, you must work quickly to ensure our clients are updated in a timely manner. This is an ideal position for someone with strong customer service experience who is interested in the legal industry. People who are successful in this role are able to think critically, pay attention to detail, and remain focused. Some of the things you will be doing: * Review and process mail documents * Input key information from documents into applications * Research and analyze of legal documents * Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail * Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills * The ability to multitask * Self-motivated * Strong keyboarding and computer skills * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email #LI-SL1
