Job Description

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Tier III Help Desk Technician with an active Secret clearance and an unexpired Security+ certificate . This position, which supports the Navy, is fully onsite at our client s location in Arlington, VA , and is a long-term contract. This service desk welcomes technically skilled candidates who are team-oriented and have a great desk-side manner. This position pays between $75,000 and $85,000 and is based on each candidate's experience and skills. Please read the description and the qualifications carefully. Have you done this type of work before?Responsibilities: 1. Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop and workstations.2. Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems, and network applications in a VIP support environment.3. Has experience in troubleshooting mobile devices.4. Is capable of supporting and backfilling Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technicians with experience working in both areas.Qualifications: Please make sure your resume is full of technical detail! Must have an unexpired Security+ certification.3. Must have seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology, with four (4) years of specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards, and experience working with a team in a VIP help desk environment.4. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing; must have a positive customer service attitude.
