The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:As our valued Leadership Development Consultant, you will own the leadership development of our emerging and people leaders - with a focus on the development and delivery of impactful leadership development programs that create real commercial value. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.You''ll make impact by:Facilitating and program management of our flagship leadership development program for People Leaders.Ongoing development, management, and facilitation of our Essentials Series, a suite of masterclasses for emerging leaders and people leaders.Designing and facilitating on-demand development experiences for different teams across the business.Coaching for individual leaders, including 360-assessment debriefs.Practicing thought leadership in all things leadership development, staying abreast of the latest trends in organisational psychology and leadership, bringing insights and fresh thinking into our work.Sourcing and managing external leadership program partners (where appropriate), forming trusted partnerships and unlocking new value for our business.What youll bring:Experience facilitating leadership programs up to middle manager level.Experience designing impactful leadership programs across leadership levels.Experience coaching in both a group and individual setting.Accreditation in assessments is advantageous.A background in either psychology or the commercial world is advantageous.What''s in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)Stay Connected Mobile Access to a free mobile planStay Connected NBN Access to a free NBN 100 planAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsCome join us and build a better future.
