Help us foster satisfaction and service experiences that transform lives of our community.In this role, you''ll:Working as part of NSW Trains Network Resilience and Operational Readiness team, this service assurance-focused role will see you monitor the performance and undertake the delivery of contracted services, and report issues arising from audits, customer insights, and KPIs.You''ll provide product, process, and service assurance to NSW Trains operational support areas.There is a strong focus on undertaking audits and reporting on levels of service or process and recommending corrective action.
