You will be encouraged to think innovatively whilst developing and maintaining best practice.The Product Specialist, Partner Products plays a key role in supporting the execution of the strategy for partner offerings, including car hire, travel insurance, Jetstar Media, and commercial partnerships across all Jetstar Branded Airlines. This role involves leveraging customer insights and market/product data to identify key segments and growth opportunities. The specialist will work closely with the Digital and Marketing teams to drive product strategy and develop and implement effective campaigns aimed at achieving product revenue targets. Additionally, they will ensure regular reporting and analysis of partner product performance by market, along with conducting ongoing campaign reviews.Your main accountabilities will include:Develop and drive insights for partner products to drive awareness, conversion and revenue across all marketsEnsure that analysis and reporting is provided for all relevant products and programs to ensure ongoing performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with Jetstar partners and suppliersCoordinate projects for new initiatives across multiple internal stakeholders and external partnersWork closely with other product teams within Ancillary Revenue to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and success of broader team initiativesLiaise closely with the Marketing team, Revenue Management team and Legal teamWork closely with the Digital team on development initiatives to improve customer experience, conversion and revenue, and ensure that systems are setup efficiently and working correctlyWork closely with the Customer Care team to identify opportunities to improve customer experiencesAd hoc brand extension product and program supportTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce/marketing preferredStrong interpersonal and negotiating skillsFlexible approach to work and responsibilitiesStrong prioritising and time management skillsWell-developed numerical, analytical and computer skillsAbility to work with a broad range of people across multiple disciplinesStrong knowledge of MS Office software as well as ability to learn Jetstar standard software packagesAdvanced computer skills an advantageAbout UsThe Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam.
