If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!Job DescriptionWork with a supportive teamLove what you do and leave your markA pivotal role within the Hotel functionProject ManagerYou will play a key role in positioning Endeavour Groups gaming business to deliver to the continuously changing regulatory environment, market trends and consumer needs. We are running a range of initiatives involving Gaming, AML and RG including Transaction Monitoring, Data Integration, Facial Recognition and we are seeking a capable project manager to oversee, manage and ensure the initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.Sounds good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Detailed scoping of the project and detailed planning from requirements gathering to solution deliveryCreation of project plan and linking it to smartsheets - including a risk registerDaily management of external and internal stakeholders to drive a successful outcomeCreation of detailed milestones and socialisation and agreement by all stakeholdersOrganisation of regular reporting governance and cadence to ensure project remains on trackCollaboration with the business to gather requirements, work with technology to understand the implications and iterate as requiredExperience leading in a complex multi-site organisation with a successful track record of delivering customer and team first commercial and strategic outcomesDemonstrated ability to articulate vision, enable transformation and lead through ambiguityQualificationsNow lets talk about you:Min 5 years of project management experience in large matrix organisations, preferably within large scale transformation programsExcellent stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skillsStrong time management and scheduling skillsKnowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient in the use of applications including but not limited to project management, presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.Relevant business and/or technology tertiary qualifications.Gaming, AML/CTF, Responsible Gaming experienceExposure to associated solutions e.g. Transaction Monitoring, eKYC, FRTProject Management Certification.Additional InformationThe benefits are good too!We offer flexible working in every senseAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubsMonthly meeting-free daysYour health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, its our first priority.
