This role is crucial in ensuring our products are consistently in stock across four key locations and that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. As Huskee develops new products, this role will assist in R&D and new product rollouts. Youll work closely with our offshore manufacturers, strengthen and expand our supply chain, and support team members across departments.Key Responsibilities:Manage offshore manufacturers to ensure production meets quality and timeline requirements.Overlook the scheduling of production to maintain stock levels across four key locations.Develop, strengthen, and expand the supply chain to enhance efficiency and resilience.R&D to support the development of new products.Collaborate with and assist in managing team members.Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.Continuously improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.Key Attributes:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.Excellent planning, prioritising, and organisational skills.Clear and effective reporting and communication abilities.Assertiveness and confidence in coordinating multiple moving parts to achieve efficient outcomes.Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal.A fast learner with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.Requirements:Proven experience in production management, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.Exceptional coordination and leadership instincts.Familiarity with inventory management and production scheduling software is a plus.High degree of competence in Excel and data analysis.Must be based in Sydney with full working rights and able to work full-time on-site in St. Peters.A degree in a relevant field would be looked upon favourably.Application Process and Timeline:We are actively gathering applications for this role until February 28th to ensure we find the best fit.
