Senior Manager, Industry Specialisation (Professional Services) - 56968Sydney (preferred)How will I help?This role sits within Business & Wealth Commercial Banking. As a Senior Manager, Industry Specialist, you will play a critical role in formulating, communicating, and executing the Business Banks Strategy to achieve Westpac Group''s ambitious goals. You will translate Westpac Groups aspirations into Business Banks objectives & strategies, shaping strategic objectives and setting the strategic direction for the Business Bank in alignment with the Group.You will collaborate closely with the broader Strategy & Experience Team (Customer Advocacy, Banker Transformation) to shape and execute on the strategies. Enable and collaborate with SGMs, NGMs, and frontline Bankers to bring the strategies to life.Key Accountabilities:Identify opportunities for new or improved propositions and experiences through a deep understanding of customer needs and customer & banker feedback.Cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration to co-develop compelling propositions across the end-to-end customer journey and drive to implementation.Scope, design, and test new and/or improved customer experiences through the application of customer insights and testing, understanding needs, behaviours, and attitudes to deliver improved customer satisfaction.Manage profitability, working closely with stakeholders in the business to drive sustainable growth.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry innovations to identify opportunities for digital transformation within the life insurance sector.Whats in it for me?Youll play a significant part in the future of a business that has been around for 200 years.
