As an employer, this business offers flexible work conditions, employee benefit programs as well as training and development initiatives.About Your New RoleAs part of this transformation program, the newly created Reporting & Data team will provide the business with access to high quality insights & reporting through strong data governance and controls. This role has two primary purposes: to provide Data stewardship that ensures integrity and to partner with department heads and business leaders to help them understand operational performance and key drivers through data and reporting.Other responsibilities include:Maintaining data governance systems & toolsLeading Data management projects including policy implementationDriving initiatives that will enhance Data reliability & cleansingProcessing fundamental Master Data within corporate systemsReporting on Data governance and Data performanceActing as a Data subject specialist when liaising with business leadersAbout You!The ideal candidate for this position can come from several business streams such as IT, finance or a dedicated Data role. You will have experience in data stewardship including ownership of governance, policy and controls. In addition to data ownership, this person has the ability to understand the data and provide insights into key business drivers to enable high level decision support. You should enjoy business partnering and helping people understand their Data. You must be highly proficient with SQL, Power BI, SAP data & bring advanced MS Excel skills.
