The College provides an accessible, high-quality, Biblically based education delivered by Christian staff who role-model our values in accordance with the Educational Creed in a nurturing learning environment where gifts, faith and purpose are cultivated.Position PurposeThe Executive Principal of Donvale Christian College is the spiritual, educational, and strategic leader of the College, responsible for fostering a Christ-centred learning environment that nurtures faith, pursues academic excellence, and enhances relationship with the DCC community.Reporting to the College Board, the Executive Principal provides visionary leadership that upholds the Colleges mission, ensuring alignment with its biblical foundation, values, and strategic direction. They lead the Executive Team in delivering outstanding educational outcomes, stewarding resources wisely, and cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.The Executive Principal is the primary ambassador for the College, building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider Christian and educational community.
