You will be a detail-oriented and organized individual to join the client team as Service Desk Technicians in a supervisory and technical role. In this role you will assess, supervise, coordinate and perform service desk operations with technicians on behalf of existing clients within the Dental Industry Australia wide.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requestsGuaranteeing the smooth delivery of IT solutions and servicesManaging schedules & timesheets for a team of technicians and handling escalations from customersHandling the reception, triage, and assignment of all onsite requests, tickets and tasksOverseeing service operations and delivery and coordinating with account managersResolving remote ticketsRequirementsOutstanding stakeholder management skills with the capability to garner support for service management initiativesExperience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft and ITIL certifications and ConnectWise experience beneficialWhat is on offerPermanent role with good paySpecialised industry experienceExperience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.How to applyATTENTION!
