You will also learn our back of house operations and everything that goes into delivering a memorable customer experience.Your development will encompass:A fully funded position in a nationally accredited, industry recognised, hospitality leadership qualification for 12 months.A traineeship position at a non-traineeship wage! Get paid 20% higher than the first-year trainee award wage for an adult, and even higher for school leavers.Scheduled time in your roster to attend courses where you will network with like-minded leaders.Support and coaching through coursework and opportunities to put your theory into practice!Development in all service areas of the club, including bar, gaming, reception and promotions.Further learning in cellar operations, cash management, developing others, and opportunities for project work.Exposure to our other venues in NSW and the chance to work with our wider team of experienced leaders.Implementing and championing change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation.The nitty-gritty of the daily duties will include:Consistently and proactively providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.Embracing and role modelling our Vision, Mission and Values.Coach and mentor the team; demonstrating exceptional customer service, supporting training and onboarding, celebrating wins and having difficult conversations.Day-to-day management of Club Operations including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, grievance handling, managing RSA and RCG incidents, reporting, rostering, stock management and service level management.About youYou are excited for the possibilities that a long-term career in hospitality can bring!
