You will manage all requirements for patients and families from customer service through to scheduling appointments and discharge.What youll achieve:Identify, support, and lead ongoing improvement opportunities.Ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to both patients and families and to department/clinic staff.Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of specialist clinics procedures, processes, and standard work.Classification for this position with range from A041-A045 (base salary $81,463 to $90,391 per annum, plus superannuation)Your skills and experienceDemonstrated excellence in customer service.Demonstrated commitment to lead and contribute to part of a team.Experience working in a health care or specialist Clinics setting is highly desirable.If this sounds like you, click here to view the position description.About Specialist ClinicsSpecialist Clinics operates the outpatient service for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital.
