You''ll also be responsible for reviewing and developing rail staging plans, ensuring seamless integration with our stakeholders, and upholding the PTAs Project Management Framework. Eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Institute of Project Management or equivalent experience is desirable.Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to lead, mentor and coach others, while effectively managing project resources to ensure successful delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and negotiate or resolve conflicts effectively.Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical, innovative solutions to support project success.About UsThe Public Transport Authoritys (PTA) vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
