The OpportunityWe are seeking skilled Wet Plant Process Operators to join our team at the Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating all plant sections, including Grinding, Flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, Thickening, Filtration, Control Room, concentrate load-out, and tailings disposal. Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing operations, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.Full-time positions are based on a 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts and offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA and Brisbane QLD.What youll bringDemonstrated safety commitment.Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.Working at heights, Confined Spaces and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets (desirable)Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats.Hold, or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 12 months.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen.Australian drivers license (Manual).Full Australian working rights.What MinRes can offer youTaking Mining to the next level with State-of-the-Art site facilities including award winning food prepared by MinRes own chefs!We invest in your career, with a focus on leadership, upskilling, training and development programs.Access to a range of benefits to look after the important things in life family, health, fun and your future.About WodginaThe Wodgina lithium operation is located 120km south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
