Coordinating field sales activities & provide a high level of customer service to all internal & external stakeholders. We are searching for an enthusiastic, driven, highly organised individual to join our dynamic team as an in-house resource to help support our Sales team, in driving growth across our brands in Australia & New Zealand.The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player who loves working within a fast-paced environment.Key DutiesProvide efficient and effective daily administration support to the Sales teamAssist and co-ordinate the production of materials and point of sale mail-outs (internal approval system, production and distribution) to ensure they are delivered by set deadlinesCo-ordinate internal and external business meetings and training sessions, customer meetings, sales conferences, symposia, forums and otherCoordinate with sales team to order sample products and pack trade samples for Category ReviewsEnsure brands are represented accurately on Customer websites, with updates and new product listings.Manage and coordinate artwork for catalogue copy, leading artwork briefing and facilitating approval.Manage relationship and all aspects of online ordering system between sales/marketingCoordinate with Marketing to manage inventory for all POS materials and ensure they are available to sales teams as required.Manage and maintain Master Product Pricing & Ranging Guide for the Business UnitManage and maintain event calendars and team meeting calendarsArrange travel bookings for members of the team ensuring all approvals are within LCHs Travel policyAssist with fulfilment of promotions and prizesCo-ordinate meetings within budget and deadlinesSupport the co-ordination of company meetings (e.g. Trade conferences, budget planning, training) including attendance, logistics and requirements, catering, agenda, materials as requiredSupport National Sales Manager to organise cycle meetings including venue and accommodation sourcing, catering, travel logistics for BU and any external attendees equipment, marketing materials and ad hoc requirements.Management of Trade spend ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and payment within the business timeframe.Ideal Candidate requirementsMinimum 2+ years experience in a similar role supporting pharmacy salesStrong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills (Essential)Strong networking and relationship building skillsHigh quality and effective verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, WordGood knowledge of Publisher (Desirable)Good knowledge of CanvaWorking knowledge of SFDC (Desirable)Working knowledge of SAP (Desirable)Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesWellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
